1. Get familiar with the links
Our aluminum links are much more than just a simple material; they are the heart of each project.
We offer two sizes that adapt to different needs and applications, influencing the final appearance of your project.
Regarding color, we offer two exclusive finishes: anodized, with 26 proprietary colors in glossy and satin finishes,
and Luxe Colour Edition, which allows you to customize the chains with any reference from RAL or Pantone charts.
2. What information do we need?
To begin working together on your project, we need some key details that will allow us to understand your vision and provide the best possible solution. Here’s the information we need to efficiently and effectively start the process:
- The name you have assigned to the project as a reference
- Project description and/or images, 2D plans, 3D files, sketches, or examples illustrating your vision and desired style
- Application type: space divider, wall cladding, ceiling solution, etc.
- Height and width of the intended application
- The specific type of link you prefer to use
- The colors and finishes for the aluminum chains
- The fastening system you plan to use to install the chains (also specify if you prefer anodized or lacquered finish)
- The deadline for project completion and delivery
3. Technical office and creative support
Once we have all the details, the technical office will get to work to ensure that every aspect of the project is executed precisely. We take care of everything, from structural evaluation and cost calculation to creating assembly plans. Our team is committed to each client, offering close and personalized support.
The creative support service will help you integrate our chains into your projects effectively. This includes offering design options based on your initial concept, helping you adjust the design to reduce costs without losing the desired effect, and assisting you in developing and refining any preliminary idea you may have.
4. Production time
We control the entire manufacturing process from start to finish, from creating the links with aluminum wire to developing fastening systems, ensuring that the final result is an exclusive application. We dedicate the necessary time to perfect each detail, understanding that the process involves multiple stages and collaboration with various professionals.
What you should know
- We do not work with stock; everything is custom-made for your project
- Production time varies depending on complexity and project size
- Custom-designed curtains require longer production times than plain or monochrome options. The use of Luxe Colour Edition also affects delivery times due to additional treatment
- We do not paint or print. We reproduce text, images, gradients, and patterns by transforming each pixel into a link. Behind this process lies meticulous retouching work to adapt the slender form of the link to the most precise pixel proportion
- After manufacturing, our technicians review every detail to ensure the project meets our quality standards
5. Shipping and installation
We deliver the chains pre-assembled on profiles, organized in sections and ready for installation. All you need to do is follow the included assembly instructions, which explain how to install each curtain section in the correct order. To simplify the process, we carefully label the chains and profiles. Once assembly is complete, you just need to remove the labels.
The necessary installation tools are specified in the manual, and you don’t need to be an expert to complete it. However, keep in mind that ceiling/wall screws or other fastening elements are not included—you should choose those best suited to your project’s structure.
6. Support and resources
